Use The Safety Culture App to ‘See It Report It’

Svella Connect’s See It, Report It hazard and incident reporting system was launched in November 2002, but we wanted to take this opportunity to remind colleagues again how it can be accessed as the only approved way to report incidents.

Incidents are registered via the Safety Culture app, which is available on all company work devices via the Play Store – logging in using your work email and password. Please speak to your line manager or SHEQ representative if you struggle to access it.

You can also access the app online by going to https://app.safetyculture.com/ .

The system also allows colleagues to easily report incidents or potential hazards online by scanning a QR code.

With posters in place around all our workplaces, stickers in all Svella Connect vans and reminder cards available for all staff, anyone can now simply scan the QR and quickly enter the details into the bespoke app via the drop-down menus.

It is easy to upload photographs and real-time reports can be made anonymously if desired.

The benefit of this application is you do not need an account to log any issues, just scan the QR code and you’re straight into the system.

Svella Connect’s Safety and Risk Director Gary Thistlethwaite says: “The reason we got this system in place as quickly as we could is that it really can go a long way to preventing serious accidents and injuries. This is the only way to report incidents and accidents and the system is accessed easily using the Safety Culture app or scanning the QR code.”
